You  get a teacher's manual with all the lesson plans for each week for 4 lessons per month during September through May. Each month's CD will have 6-9 warms ups and one dance.  There are nine different dances and twenty five warms ups, isolations, and combinations.
You receive 10 CDs in the package. These are:
9 CDs (one for each of the nine months) containing complete lessons.
One data CD with the 36 coloring pages to hand out weekly
and all the dances for performance use
