Jack Dant writes his songs between pulling in the shrimp nets while trawling for shrimp. These children's songs were inspired by his daughter and were written during the long hours shrimping out on the River. Jack keeps his guitar in his boat for the moment inspiration comes so he can write songs during the long
hours on the river.
 
The delightful Tooth Fairy Song has a wonderful book that tells the �real� story of the tooth fairy and what she does with all those old bad teeth. The new children�s book, that was written about the Tooth Fairy Song, comes packaged with a cassette tape of the song.

Jack also has a country CD with his long time friend Willie Nelson. This CD is featured in our Country Music Department.
